@ToryLanez Makes an Apologia Album About Him and @TheeStallion Situation, But Still Doesn’t Admit Who Shot Her.

I really tried my best to listen to Tory Lanez seventeen (17) track work but at about song six (6), titled “The Most High”, he had became a joke to me; and this was on my second try because I made an attempt to listen to the record on Facebook Room with some peers but it didn’t work because I had to pause it to first have a discussion about it which lead to R.Kelly being brought in and “real nigga shit”. Then I realized that shit was just long.

My first thoughts before paying any concentrated attention to the situation is I’m going to listen to his music, just like R. Kelly’s and any other person I choose to if I like the art. I am going to always separate the person from the composition of the work even if they’re the one who performed the recording.

We are bias on who we choose to support because of their personal decisions, morally, so for me I just can’t follow the band wagon. I have to want to because I know and feel that I should or I just don’t like it. I like both of their music, do I like their ways or choices they made in life? NO. There are plenty of artist who record or compose music that isn’t aligned or is aligned with their life but most of the shit isn’t true. It may be real but it isn’t true. So it doesn’t affect my reality in any way.

I am however forcing myself to fully listen to the project as I type this because I don’t want to be bias to both perspectives, which in my opinion matters the most. We do know that Megan was shot in her foot, we do know that her and Tory plus some others were in the vehicle; and we know what was told to us by media and Megan; but we don’t truly know what happen because we weren’t there; and now Tory is working to express himself through music which has some mad because of the timing of Breonna Taylor’s verdict and just overall the timing of unity in the community within dark pigmented indigenous ones.

Now, by this paragraph “Queen and Slim” is playing and the vibes kinda switched a bit. I can hear him trying and no lie some of the tracks are groovy as fuck but the fact that he just mentioned that he had a crush on Kylie; went to a event with Megan and was in the pool entertaining someone else (Kylie) because she looked like an angel and baby in a manger, and that he took a wrong turn that night (laughing my ass off); so basically he embarrassed her by being in Kylie’s face because he had a crush on her but he would have left with Megan when she got mad. He called Megan a liar but he never stated whether he shot her or not then if he didn’t who did? He just keep saying that ain’t what happen. So did I miss when he said what did and who did it? Someone help me out. That shit overwhelmed me.

In the track, Peterson repeatedly alludes to a relationship with Megan, whose given name is Megan Pete (“I love you hard. … I’m still down to renegotiate the unity. My heart is some foolery”) and claimed that Pete tried to “ruin” him with her accusations (“Look at how you doing me, people trying to ruin me. And what’s even worse is I’m still thinking about you and me”).

Cydney Henderson USA TODAY

At this point, he sounds like he has no respect for Megan, I wonder how he would feel if she went to a party with him and was in someone else’s face, gets shot in his foot then she make an album about the incident while it’s an open case while being taunted by the world putting their two cents in or even belittled by a man she was dating who claims “he’s fucked up over her”. When apparently he’s not, he’s just slow and greedy.

“Girl, you had the nerve to write that statement on an affidavit

Knowing I ain’t do it but I’m coming at my truest

Trying to keep this (expletive) 200 with you, shorty, I can prove it.”

“Money Over Fallouts” Tory Lanes , retrieved from Cydney Henderson

Maybe he doesn’t know any other way to express himself other than music right now. I know for me I can’t really speak or find a more comfortable way to express myself other than writing out my thoughts and defining them because it causes drama when I use my voice to openly express myself or it takes too long. So sometimes a email or a letter, sometimes a lengthy text to an iPhone user serves a release for me. Maybe music is that for him.

As I continue to listen though, and remember what I’ve already listened to, he’s very disrespectful nothing is pleasing about this album and I will never return to it after this because ethically he didn’t think this through. He made trash apologia fashionable because he said that he’s “fucked up” over someone he didn’t treat with respect in the first place. For those who aren’t familiar with apologia, it means “a formal written defense of one’s opinions or conduct (google)” , and that’s all this album was. He created apologia to express his perspective to flex and defend his side of things. He should have just remained silent, let it pass, made this shit then dropped it at a later date.

He blew me with the “In the Air” track. Don’t none of that shit got to do with the fact that she said he shot her, he’s just taunting the claims saying that isn’t the account of the story. On top of that why are you bringing race and unity into the picture when clearly bro you just violated the entire community on top of that you just basically asked them to stick with you through misogynistic behavior that ended in someone, a woman, being shot. Bottom line is your lady at the time sustained an injury while in your care, and you’re being a lame about it.

This man hilarious, and so is Rick Ross. This apologia album is highly disrespectful and no lie if it was me, I’d be having some of my people go check on him to make sure he get his ass beat because the joke is on him. He’s a real clown and he should be a shame of himself for doing this. But if Megan don’t take care of her own shit, I’m not about to be mad and not enjoy simple shit like music because she got shot living her life lesson.

That’s on her, let’s focus on our children being killed. Megan grown ass hell fucking with goofy ass niggas that do goofy shit, she better choose wisely or continue to suffer the consequences of her lesson. I got my own problems and mines isn’t one concern of hers, so no disrespect but just being truthful, her’s isn’t to me, at least not this one. She’ll live, in the hood odd shit happens to bitches and hoes who be in these type of crowds or deal with these type of males. They can only change themselves. They both aren’t my children or children, they’re adults. With that being said I give this situation no more of my power and I wish them both well.

When You Have Heroes as Friends: @SaintTheGoodBoy & Jesse James Saves the Day

Friday, September 7, 2018 King James (Jesse Stringer) and Saint “The Good Boy” (Lennell Davis) was looking for a party during after hours when they approached 79th Phillips and seen a building on fire.

I was told by a source that The Chicago Fire Department was on location and did not immediately respond to the fire. That’s what sparked both guys to go into the building on a rescue mission. Source reported that Jesse asked the Fire Fighters what were they waiting on to go into the building and one of the Fire Fighters responded by allegedly telling him to “go ahead and go in”.

I received a call from Saint shortly after they finished the rescue. For more information on the story, click link here, to get CBS2 Chicago’s account. They awkwardly produced their story deliberately stating that the The Chicago Fire Department’s Fire Fighters immediately responded, when I was told by a source, who was present, that they did not.

Nonetheless, it’s great to know that I have great friends/humans around who will sacrifice to ensure the well being of others. They could have kept riding and assumed that because the Chicago Fire Department was present they would take care of it. This is a good example of leadership and being an active citizen.

290 Threw a Party (That BITCH Was Bussing) 🎉 and it was not 94 or 63rd !

Well TMZ has done it again, lying 🤥 saying it was a 1,000 people at a house party. The party was shared live by Tink Purcell, who confirmed via one of her videos that they “were out west being ratchet”, which was the one thing TMZ did report correctly. This was definitely a Komak production.

Actual flyer for the party.

WGN reported at 11:50 am that a viral party was out south, that was a lie. They updated their story at 1:07 PM to reflect the facts. Which is a shame because they are actually located in the local area and should have access to the information to state facts. What do you think was their purpose for creating this narrative?

This is a screenshot from my saved media press stories via Facebook.

I mean out west throw more successful house parties then out south and their parties are most likely to last without drama because everyone knows everyone and they have a certain level of respect for one another. Let’s just use the Fefe’s as an example because ain’t no fefe happening out south.

If this was out south, it wouldn’t have probably made it until the police came, the police would have had to be summoned due to drama.

The first story run from WGN.

What Should We Take Away From This and How Can We Move Forward?

People are suffering from mental and behavior issues. They are trying their best to cope with being indoors and restricted. It’s hard and not everyone can do it especially if they don’t have their purpose figured out.

This was irresponsible of them all but we are not in the position to judge 👩🏾‍⚖️ them, we can educate ourselves as a community (speaking to “Black or Minority” Americans) on how this effects/affects us socially and economically. It makes us look 👀 a little crazy and that we have a lack of social skills for responsibility.

Those who have children, elders, or people in their life with preexisting conditions should care to be mindful of others. Your love ❤️ ones matter. You matter and I hope you know that. I wish for them to do some research on this matter outside of the news to accept the real information that we are being targeted for depopulation, so this is a serious matter for building immunity to the Rona aka coronavirus bka Covid 19.

From Civil Rights to Human Rights 💯

Letter From DR ANSARI: Office of the Dean-American Institute of Human Rights

October 20, 2018

We are for real, for real.

Why? Because you/we live in racial colonies and have lived in a racial colony since the colonialist defeated our people in a racial war. Why? Because you do not have any worthy leaders who have a PLAN to dismantle the colonial grip that America has on us and our families. Voting for the “Lesser of the two evils” only means that you have voted for EVIL because you have not figured out how to DECOLONIZE. Why most of you do not know that you live in colonies because you call them Ghetto’s. Most of you never heard of BANDUNG because the White man does not want you to know HOW TO DECOLONIZE.

Mid-terms are important because of the aggressiveness of the racist but a LONG-TERM SOLUTION is the best plan. WE HAVE A LONG TERM SOLUTION FOR SELF-GOVERNMENT THAT WILL GIVE US BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO FIX OUR MESS.

The Civil rights people cannot help you, Your Minister or Pastor cannot help you because THEY DONT KNOW HOW.

You have been lied to and sold out by your sub-leaders. I said sub-leaders because they are sub-ordinate to a WHITE RACIST POLITICAL COLONY. A Black Democrat or a Black Republican is a WHITE NATIONALIST. They are patriotic to an idiotic degree. We must do for self. How can we be patriotic to a nation that has designed legislation, courts, police and a system that kills us, imprisons us, gentrifies us, and ridicules us?

You are the victim of the Black sub-leaders who does not know how to deal with the White racial identity politicians that are programmed to keep you COLONIZED.

You want freedom? You have to break out of the Colony.

You want a better education for your Children? You have to break out of the Colony.

We invite you to a CONFERENCE OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. We are going to teach you about HOW TO DECOLONIZE.

Come and listen to the Human Rights approach for the 21st Century tomorrow Sunday October 21, 2018 at 1:00 P.M EST and Sunday October 28th, 2018 at the same time.

Analysis: Laquan McDonald’s Aggressor has been Convicted of 2nd Degree Murder and 16 Counts of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm;but not Guilty of Official Misconduct of Office

For 3 years, I watched my peers fight for justice throughout the city and they have finally been served what they asked for: A CONVICTED MURDER.

On Friday, the ex-Officer, Van Dyke was found guilty of second degree murder and 16 Counts of aggravated battery with a firearm; for every bullet he fired into Laquan’s Estate (body), as adduced by the judge. He was found not guilty on official misconduct of office. Dyke’s bond was revoked and sentencing has been scheduled for October 31.

Three officers have been charged with conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and official misconduct: Officer Thomas Gaffney, former Detective David March, and ex-officer Joseph Walsh (Van Dyke’s partner). Prosecutors alleged that the three lied in reports about 17-year old, Laquan McDonald, being a threat October 20, 2014.

This is a victory not only for the city of Chicago but for Black America. I learned a lot from my peers and their journey in fighting for justice for Laquan. I learned that we don’t have to agree on everything but what we do agree on is we want change for ourselves and community; we can accomplish a great deal when we stand up for what we believe in and that we are here to make change.

What they have done for the city is remarkable: Mayor won’t be running for second election, superintendent was fired, and local prosecutor lost her bid for reelection, as reported by NY TImes. They are working on upcoming elections, Black Caucus and the morally corrupt alderman(s).

Looking Forward to Sentencing, logically.

I am happy for the verdict and my peers, but “we” must be logical about how he was convicted and not emotional about the ordeal. I performed some research on criminal laws and doctrines related to the case. I also critically examined the communication disseminated by media.

I am not a lawyer nor a judge. I am an independent journalist and scholar, my duty and responsibility is to examine cases critically with logic and supporting facts.

Breaking it down, charge by charge.

According to the Illinois State Laws, second degree murder carries the sentencing between four (4) to twenty (20) years and is charged as a Class 1 felony. Depending on the leniency of the judge and the circumstances of the crime, a four-year probation term instead of prison may be an option. The maximum fine is $25,000 plus a surcharge of $3,125. Upon release from prison, there is a mandatory two year parole period.”

In regards to the aggravated assault and battery, according to the Illinois General Assembly, if committed with a dangerous instrument, it is defined in subdivision as a Class X felony which a person can be sentenced to imprisonment a minimum of 6 years to a max of 45 years.

Excerpt from Illinois General Assembly

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (e)(1) is a Class X felony.

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (a)(2) is a Class X felony for which a person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 45 years.

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (e)(5) is a Class X felony for which a person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of a minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 45 years.

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (e)(2), (e)(3), or (e)(4) is a Class X felony for which a person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 60 years.

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (e)(6), (e)(7), or (e)(8) is a Class X felony for which a person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 60 years.

Aggravated battery as defined in subdivision (b)(1) is a Class X felony, except that:

       (1) if the person committed the offense while armed

    with a firearm, 15 years shall be added to the term of imprisonment imposed by the court;
       (2) if, during the commission of the offense, the
    person personally discharged a firearm, 20 years shall be added to the term of imprisonment imposed by the court;
       (3) if, during the commission of the offense, the
person personally discharged a firearm that proximately caused great bodily harm, permanent disability, permanent disfigurement, or death to another person, 25 years or up to a term of natural life shall be added to the term of imprisonment imposed by the court.

Illinois One Act, One Crime Doctrine

Former Will County Prosector, Jack Zaremba’s Law Office statesa criminal defendant can only be convicted of one crime that corresponds to a particular action, even if that action could constitute more than one offense.”

Which means that he will be sentenced for both charges; possibly serving the minimum imprisonment time or probation; the 16 counts of aggravated battery not holding much weight, can be combined and considered one act for sentencing. Let’s not forget this is a first offense for him and that we must consider if the judge will be lenient or not.

His time will more than likely not be consecutive but concurrent.

In Closing

Kevin Graham, president of the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police, says the conviction will be appealed.

Did we really get justice?

“Hood Journalist” @TheRealZackTV1 from Chicago Killed in South Loop

Zachary Stoner also known as Zack TV was shot and killed this morning at 1 AM on 700 S. Clark after leaving a concert at Refuge Live located 416 S. Clark Street. Zack was a popular vlogger on YouTube in the hip hop community who published over a 1,000 interviews and had a large social media following.

Reported by Chicago’s very own WGN, “Stoner was shot in the neck and head before his Jeep drove up a curb and crashed into a light pole. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition. where he later died”

Witnesses mentioned that a group of people jumped out of a Chevy Caprice and hopped into a gold or tan car. The Chevy Caprice was also involved in the accident.

There is no word on any other injuries or no one is in custody Wednesday, currently still undergoing investigation.

“I’m hearing stories like they may have been mad at him because he did interviews with certain rappers,” friend Phor Robinson said. “But that’s not his fault for him doing his job. I don’t know why anyone would attack Zack and shoot him. He’s not that type. He shows love to everybody in Chicago.”

Reported by WGN

I would personally like to send out condolences to Zack’s family and friends.  I remember this past summer him and DJ Amaris carrying me out of a pool party because I cut my foot. Zack was such a gentleman and down to earth being.  A young legend gone to soon but will never be forgotten. As a fellow Hood Journalist, your work will live on through me and many others to come.
