The ‘Illinois’ Dreadhead Cowboy Arrested in Chicago After Protesting ALL KIDS LIVES MATTER

CHICAGO- Adam Hollingsworth, 33, rode the Dan Ryan Expressway to bring awareness to the slaying of our children, heading southbound from about 35th Street, where he slowed down traffic with the Illinois State Police and Chicago Police close behind asking him and the gang to exit but they refused, eventually exiting at 95th where he was taken into custody around 4:30 PM by police, as reported by WGN News.

They’re calling for the mayor and governor to fund mental health, education, social programs and new development in neighborhoods that have been neglected, and are being gentrified.

“The thing is to send a message that our children are dying, That there are no resources coming to our communities.”

Activist Mark Carter

According to journalist Vashon, Dreadhead Cowboy lead his horse Nunu 7.5 miles down the expressway before being arrested. Ironically his horse is named after one of the children shot and killed this summer, Vernado “NuNu” Jones Jr., whom we are still seeking justice for. He’s facing three (3) charges: reckless conduct, disobeying a police officer and criminal trespass.

State police said another man, Darron Luster, 55, attempted to gain control of the horse after Hollingsworth was arrested. Luster was charged with obstructing and resisting arrest.

NuNu had multiple injuries from the trip. He was allegedly “bleeding from the left hoof, its right hoof was injured and the right side of the horse’s body had sores from the saddle.” Chicago Animal Control was called to the scene and took the animal to their facility for further care.

Adam is no stranger of being an honorable active citizen in the hood or neighborhoods across Chicago. He’s always stood loud ringing the alarm so the deaf can open their mind to the rate of how our children are being taken away from us. ALL CHILDREN life does matter; the killings of children in Chicago, the kidnapping , and human trafficking of our children must be front and center so it can be stopped.

“Earlier this summer, Mayor Lightfoot dubbed Hollingsworth “The Census Cowboy” in an effort to bring awareness around filing out the census (WGN).”

@theestallion, Contracts, and the Business of Music at a Young Age

Megan Thee Stallion is in for a big lesson when it comes to finance and contracts. March 1, Megan shared a video via Instagram dishing her contract details with 1501 Entertainment, and its CEO Carl Crawford, who’s an ex Major League Baseball player. She stated that she didn’t understand or know the verbiage that was in the contract that she signed at 20 years of age (now 25), and when she finally got a real management team with lawyers through her management deal with Roc Nation, they brought the details up to see if she understood the terms. She stated she didn’t and wanted to renegotiate. The label isn’t in favor of her releasing new music but is being sued by the artist who is seeking the termination of her contract and a temporary restraining order that has been granted by a judge in Harris County, Texas, to allow her to release new music.

Megan has accused the defendants of common law fraud, breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, fraud by non-disclosure, tortious interference with prospective business relations, violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence. The plaintiff is seeking a temporary and permanent injunction and a declaration that her contract is “unconscionable, unenforceable and/or void.”, according to the court documents obtained by E! News.  The restraining order will expire March 16, 2020 at 11:59 PM.

What can we learn from this?

It’s important to ask questions when negotiating agreements and understanding all the terms. If you can’t afford a lawyer, it’s important to consult with people in the industry. It’s better than signing something then later having to renege on your business deal.

Yes Megan was young, and I do side with her being taken advantage of because it’s a painful history of artist being incarcerated in deals that do not serve them but those who invest in their capital to record, release, promote, and distribute their art deserve a return (ROI). I hope that this situation can be worked out because everyone deserves an accurate return based on their investment.

Chicago Demonstrators: @Official_Tink and @GHerbo Dropped New Projects for the Culture.

Chicago has been lighting up the cultural market with authenticity. Tink dropped Hopeless Romantic February 14, Valentines Day and G Herbo dropped PTSD February 28; only one has been trending.

PTSD has gotten its praise for addressing the mental and behavior illness that not only plagues the city but others across the world who is prone to violence. Following his firearm arrest in 2018, Herbo went to see a therapist, suggested by his lawyer, and was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); the inspiration for the album, the No. 4 album in the country, making it the highest charting project according to Complex.

We’ve been victimized and we don’t even know it. It’s a real mental illness, and we’re immune to it. These kids have no aspirations except what’s in front of them. They think it’s their fate. It’s transfers over to generations.

G Herbo in his interview with Billboard’s Micheal Saponara

It’s a big topic, not only in hip hop but in culture and politics (just look at the conversations surrounding Trump). Honestly someone needed to bring the subject to the forefront to be addressed because Chiraq has swallowed the truth of Chicago.

Tink addresses relationships and the issues of confused females who really need therapy. Her honesty of emotional behavior issues and giving the most of yourself to a time sensitive situation of being in love and trying to get over it. It represents the truth of what mating looks like in the city and beyond, of course it’s not just an urban legend but look at love and hip hop or other presentations of love that represents urban culture.

Even though one album is trending and the other hasn’t received as much attention for its content both are worth the listen to understand mental health and substance abuse issues. Tink and G Herbo are the voices of the new generation of Chicago. They are demonstrating the culture that raised them and the only thing you can do is listen for understanding.

@BlueCheezRicky #RightNow #DigitalRelease #Promo for #Upcoming #Media Flow

“Right Now” is what I would consider a true presentation of storytelling and creativity. Taking on the gangster style of art to portray the meaning of family. We all know that the mob is critical when it comes to family and feuds. Taking some inspiration from Al Capone and of course his own essence in his newest digital release.
